These are the general terms for all types of commissions I'm doing. Please read this before commissioning me.

By purchasing, you agree to the following conditions and rules.

I have the right to edit and change the terms of service at any time. If I make drastic changes, I will notify customers of it.

【 Payment 】

※ Payment is made in Paypal (USD) only. Make sure to set it to Goods and Services with no shipping address!
※ Full payment for customs is expected after finalized sketch.
※ For orders exceeding +$60, you may ask for a payment plan. Upfront payment must be made and the other half when it's finished.
※ Payment for premades must be sent within 48 hours or else I put it back for sale again.

【 Process 】

※ Make sure to give out clear references and specify details before I start. I do not work off descriptions alone so provide visual references too.
※ I will give out wips, any major changes you want can only be done in the sketch stage. After I start lining/coloring, only minor changes like colors, small accessories, etc. can be made.
※ I tend to work out of order and alternate between other commissions, usually starting on smaller pieces. I also do personal art from time to time whenever I'm on a break.
※ My pace can vary but generally I can be a slow artist especially with bigger pieces + I am currently studying in college. Patience is appreciated.
※ That said, please don't hesitate to DM me for updates and such. I will make sure to update my public queue on Google spreadsheet when I'm able to.
※ I have the right to cancel a commission if I'm not able to finish it (provided with a full refund.)
※ I may charge for a rush fee if you need a piece within a specific deadline. However if I know I can't be able to reach the deadline, I will politely decline the commission.

【 Refunds 】

※ If you wish to cancel, full refunds are allowed for orders I haven't started on yet/still on the initial sketch stage. I will give partial refunds if I have already worked on your piece depending on how much I've done. Refunds are absolutely not allowed for completed pieces.
※ On partial refunds, I can give the unfinished product to you if you request it. Do not complete, color, modify, or draw over the piece. You may display it in public sites with credit.
※ However if it's fully refunded, I won't give the unfinished product. I have the right to change the piece and sell it as a premade whenever.

【 Copyright and Permissions 】

※ All artworks are intended for personal uses only. Discuss with me first if you would like to use my art for commercial purposes.
※ Do not edit/claim my art as your own work. However you may make minor edits like resizing, filters, cropping, etc.
※ Removing my watermark/signature is not allowed.
※ I own the full rights to display the commissions in my public galleries.
